Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 24MathGames mobile application (“App”) and website at 24mathgames.com. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
24MathGames is provided for personal entertainment. The App includes puzzle gameplay, guest play without sign-in, optional in-app purchases (consumable hint packs), optional advertisements, and cloud sync when you sign in with Apple.
2. Account
You may play as a guest without signing in; guest progress is tied to your device and GG ID. Sign in with Apple to sync Classic and Daily progress, Inbox history, and unused purchased hints across devices. System-granted hints on a guest session do not transfer on merge. Ad rewards are used immediately after watching and do not sync. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for activity on your account. Display names must comply with our content rules; we may reject or remove inappropriate nicknames.
3. Hints and in-app purchases
The App displays one hint balance. We track three kinds of hints server-side:
- System-granted hints — starting balance, welcome Inbox gifts, event or compensation mail, and similar free grants.
- Ad-earned hints — granted after you complete an optional rewarded video; used immediately on that attempt and not a syncable balance.
- Purchased hints — added when Apple confirms an in-app hint pack purchase.
- When you use a hint from your balance, system-granted hints are spent first, then purchased. Ad rewards are applied immediately after watching.
- Guest sessions: system-granted hints stay with the guest session on your device. When you sign in with Apple, Classic/Daily progress and Inbox history merge into your Apple account; unused purchased hints on the guest session merge into your Apple account balance. System-granted hints on the guest session do not transfer. Ad rewards do not accumulate or transfer.
- Hint packs are consumable digital items processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, cheat, or disrupt the service or other players
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
5. Intellectual property
The App, artwork, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Changes
We may update features or these Terms as the app evolves. We will post updates on this page. Continued use after reasonable changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App or delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
