These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 24MathGames mobile application (“App”) and website at 24mathgames.com. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
24MathGames is provided for personal entertainment. The App includes puzzle gameplay, optional in-app purchases (consumable hint packs), optional advertisements, and cloud sync when you sign in.
2. Account
You may need to sign in with Apple to save progress and purchases. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for activity on your account.
3. Purchases
- Hint packs are consumable digital items processed by Apple.
- Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
- Hints are tied to your account and shared across Classic mode levels as described in the App.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, cheat, or disrupt the service or other players
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
5. Intellectual property
The App, artwork, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Changes
We may update features or these Terms as the app evolves. We will post updates on this page. Continued use after reasonable changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
